Streamlining Estate Settlement

There’s much attention placed on the estate planning process, and rightfully so, but the day inevitably comes when an estate must actually be settled. Whether it’s an estate you helped plan, or one with no proactive measures in place, there’s usually a fair amount of work to be done, from notifying SSA to publishing creditor notices, not to mention dealing with distraught family members who want to know what to do – specifically, and not just in terms of receiving automated beneficiary payouts – and who may in turn become clients if you can be helpful.
