Wisconsin Durable Power of Attorney: Co-agents

In the Wisconsin Durable Power of Attorney you can name co-agents, however, they will be further down the document. If you go to the document preview and review the first “Important Information” page it states that the form provides for one agent, and if you want to name co-agents, you have to do that in the “Special Instructions” section of the form. If you go to the “Special Instructions” section in the Document Preview the co-agent is there. If you are unfamiliar with the Document Preview Function, please review FAQ0570.
