Is there any drafting option available to add a descendant trust as an alternate beneficiary?
We don’t have a way to specify an alternate taker of real property automatically in the program, so our content attorneys would prepare the document interview with the real estate passing to the desired adult recipient, and then edit the document after assembly to add the alternate taker(s).
