Which form is used to create a Will with a testamentary special needs trust for the spouse?
You can start off with any Will profile, however, you will need to set up the spouse’s gift to be to a Family Trust or Marital Trust, and then the SNT option will show up on the screen for the Family Trust terms or Marital Trust terms.
