Are there specific provisions that address copyrights, trademarks, and patents in the Wills?
We do not have any specific provisions at this time about copyrights, trademarks, and patents. We feel that our current fiduciary powers provisions give an executor or trustee sufficient authority to deal with those assets, and have not yet found the need to include specific language, but we may consider it for the future.
