To delete a Client Intake Form, go to the Client Intake Form screen, click on the client intake form you desire to delete, the Intake Form Properties Menu will pop up, in the Intake Form Actions section, click the red button at the bottom “Delete Intake Form”. Deleting a Client Intake form does not delete the Client associated with it.
