Is there a option that will provide, upon the death of surviving spouse, the funding of DSTs for surviving children, and separately, DSTs for surviving grandchildren?
Our documents do not have the option of creating separate trusts for children only, with one set of terms, and separate trusts for grandchildren only, with separate terms.
