We do not have an automatic option for dividing the estate between a QTIP trust for the spouse and trusts for descendants, based on percentages.

Drafting question regarding revocable trusts for husband and wife.

Where is the language that will allow a gift to irrevocable trust that would allow a single beneficiary to disclaim the contents of the trust if the FGT exemption is decreased retroactively?
