I am creating an Irrevocable Trust for multiple generations where the Grantor will be using Crummey powers to make annual gifts into the Trust.
Yes there is a provision that will allow the grantor or the trustee to exclude individuals from having Crummey withdrawal rights with respect to future contributions.
