You can prepare an irrevocable life insurance trust within the program to own the life insurance and be party to a split dollar agreement, but we do not have a document in the system for the split dollar agreement itself.

For descendant trusts, I have the option to select a right of withdrawal at certain age intervals, and then I can enter the ages and percentages of withdrawal into a grid. However, when I select to distribute (rather than right to withdraw) at certain ages, there is no similar grid to select ages and percentages of distribution.

How could I draft a trust that could receive assets from an UGTMA account now that the grandchild is no longer a minor?
