Client’s wife does not have enough assets to fully utilize her exemption amount. He plans to grant his wife a testamentary General Power of Appointment (GPOA) over his assets in his revocable trust to fund a credit shelter trust if she predeceases him.

If you draft a comprehensive or contemporary revocable trust, this option will appear on the Tax Planning interview screen, in the Other Tax Issues section, as shown below.
