How to draft when the client has a marital property agreement with their spouse.

We actually do not have an option that brings in language referencing a marital property agreement, and that is because the way such an agreement is addressed in the estate planning documents can vary so much, based on what the agreement requires, or state law (and in some cases the drafter may choose to not mention the marital property agreement at all.)
