Go to System Management -> Add, Update, or Remove Users. You want to make sure Add New User is marked, then create a username and password for the user in question.

Go to System Management -> Add, Update, or Remove Users. You want to make sure "Delete User" is marked, and click the username of whomever needs to be removed from the software, and then click OK to save the changes.

Go ahead and log into InterActive LegalSuite, and look for System Preferences. Click on Update User Credentials.

You want to make sure Update User is marked, and click the username of whomever wants to change their password. They can then type in the new password, and hit OK to apply the changes.
