Deborah Tesser has spent over 20 years as a lawyer or consulting with lawyers. Working at large and boutique firms and as a solo, Deb has experienced the ins and outs of private practice first-hand. She drew upon her deep knowledge of legal culture and dynamics as a recruiter, a business developer and marketing strategist for well-known IP law firms, and then as a strategic alliance partner and consultant for legal tech companies, including Zola Media. Now, she has found her calling as Vice President of Strategic Planning and Chief Zolaficionado. When she is not working on all things Zola, Deb enjoys travelling, spending time with her family, and keeping Ginger, her mini Goldendoodle, out of trouble.
