Where is the language that will allow a gift to irrevocable trust that would allow a single beneficiary to disclaim the contents of the trust if the FGT exemption is decreased retroactively?
The reversionary disclaimer option should appear in the document interview for a comprehensive (not “essential”) Irrevocable Trust on the interview screen called “During Grantor’s Life.”
