There is not an option in the program to leave real property directly to a trust, other than an SNT, but there are two different (and relatively quick) work-arounds.

The client wants to pay for their siblings’ homes and place them in a trust to protect against creditors and potentially Medicaid.

Client wishes to restate their trust agreement. They originally executed the trust when they were single, and they are now married. However, they do not want to make any provisions for the surviving spouse and want all assets to be kept separate.
