Do you have the option to add a requirement that a married beneficiary enter into a pre-nuptial agreement in order to receive discretionary or mandatory trust distributions?
Yes, there is an option that allows a trustee to withhold distributions (or consider withholding them) if the beneficiary is married but does not have a marital property agreement.
