Where is the language which gives the Trustor the right to rent-free occupancy for life as required under Texas Property Code 41.0021 for purposes of qualifying for the Texas Homestead Exemption?
There is no optional language, but it appears that the trust being revocable alone would satisfy the requirement of 41.0021(a)(1)(A), and the provisions of Article XXI, Paragraph T of this document satisfy the requirement of 41.0021(a)(1)(C) by giving the grantor (as beneficiary) the right to live rent-free in a residence owned by the trust
