I was wondering if there is an option to create a joint revocable trust for the benefit of grandchildren upon second to die? (skipping child).
We do not have an option in the Joint Revocable Trust (or any other trust) to limit distributions just to the class of “grandchildren,” but our content attorneys think there are a few different ways you can get that result.
